Quit Staring!

I recently incorporated high-intensity interval training (HIIT) into my weekly training
sessions, which has made a huge difference in my workouts. My endurance has
increased dramatically, strengthened my core, and has helped in losing body fat
while maintaining lean muscle mass. I do get quite a few stares, I feel like I
have a third eye growing in the middle of my forehead. I even had one person
come up to me and tell me that there’s always tomorrow. He was implying that I
was working out too hard, my answer was that I try and live today as if there
is no tomorrow.
