The Elk River Area Toastmasters Club is having their annual spring speech contest on March 22nd, 2012. The contest will be held at the Elk River Senior Center from 12:00-1:00 (click here for directions and a map). If you’ve ever wondered what Toastmasters is all about, then this would be a great opportunity to come check it out, and yes I’ll be competing.
This is the International speech contest, which means that the winner has the potential to compete at the annual convention held in Florida this August. Refreshments will be served, so come check us out!
